New Server update means MORE CAPACITY, Video SEO hosting and virtually NO DOWNTIME!
NEW UPDATES INCLUDE NEW WEBMAIL PROGRAMS, IMPROVED AUTOMOTIVE DATA & VIDEO SERVING and HUGE VIDEO & PHOTO STORAGE CAPACITY.
Well it has been a while since our last server upgrade and it’s now time. With the addition of video to our Mobile device and our steady growth in the Video Channels SEO arena; both server space and bandwidth were becoming an issue we we wanted to address sooner than later.
As we were in contact with a lot of our customers that had unique situations or multiple email accounts, some may not have even realized the conversion. New email settings for mail programs are as follows.
Mail Server Username: username@mydomain.com
Incoming Mail Server: mail.mydomain.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.mydomain.com (server requires authentication) port 25
If you are using our webmail tool there is a new Login and program for that, only difference being that you will go to the chromacars.com login from there. Contact the office to explain as this will let you login to both your inventory tools and email together, or you will go to mail.yourdomain.com.
Example:
mail.chromacars.com
User: user@chromacars.com
Pass: what ever it was:
If you are unable to login that means we need to update your name servers and don’t have login or contact info for that contact support@chromacars.com to resolve this issue.
