posted by .  | | I have been looking for an Inventory Management and website provider that was willing to work closely with our 6 dealership dealer group to perfect our efficiency for years and Chroma Cars has meet and exceeded that need.
We have been with larger companies and while they did a good job the "hands on" and "personal touch" of Chroma Cars has been fantastic!
From the custom comment generator to the use of the vin camera keeping our 1000 car inventory fresh I could not ask for more.
As internet manager and having years of software development and web development experience I very much appreciate the flexibility of Chroma to make adjustments and go beyond the call of duty for us.
Jerry and the staff of Chroma Cars get a two thumbs up from me.

descriptions.
The pricing automation saves me hours on our new car side when it comes to
incentives! Being able to print window stickers and update each vehicle at
the same time makes managing our internet department much easier.
There are so many useful features and every week it seems like they are brainstorming inside the head of a dealer to improve the program. The entire program is user friendly and if I have questions Jerry is a phone call away. I do not know many companies where you can reach the most knowledgeable person directly in minutes...great customer service tops it all off.
Would recommend Chroma Cars to any dealer.

Their full spectrum approach to our multi-store needs has been innovative and effective in driving traffic to our site and buyers into our stores. I am especially impressed with Jerry Medlen, who has helped us develop our national Bart's Car Store Franchise internet program to be simple to use and scalable in size. Also, I've been highly satisfied with the CRM scanner/response systems introduced by ChromaCars. I would suggest taking the time to investigate ChromaCars if you are looking for high performance internet applications at prices that make sense.

If we have a technical issue it is handled within a short period of time. We feed our online car listings to mulitple local and national websites and Chroma has been able to handle the task of coordinating with multiple vendors on our behalf. You get a lot of bang for your buck with Chroma Cars.

I have gotten numerous compliments on how professional our website is and more importantly the website generates sales opportunities. Chroma Cars consulted with me and designed the website with our needs in mind. They are always available through phone or email if I have any questions or if I want to make updates to our website. After our website was finished, they spent a lot of time showing me the website management system so that I can make website changes and updates myself if I chose to. Even the management system itself is so easy to use.
Our web site that Chroma Cars created was very user friendly. We got a lot of good feed back about the site from our internet customers. I have gotten many phone calls from customers searching the web and seeing our site. I would highly recommend Chroma Cars to give your business a strong presence on the internet. I will continue to work with them because I am completely satisfied with the quality of work and customer service he provides. I highly recommend Chroma Cars to all business owners.
